So what IS Urban Sketching?
It’s a fast-growing movement, started in Seattle, which has blossomed into an international phenom. Groups of sketchers from Europe, to Asia, to North America and beyond meet informally to practice drawing/painting favorite places in their hometown. It’s a great way to spend time with sketchbook artists who share a love of art and that’s why I decided that Yakima need such a group.
